• *Senior Product Manager**

• *Role Summary:**

This role owns the intersection of business outcomes, vendor led execution, and user adoption—ensuring solutions are delivered predictably, tested rigorously, and realize measurable business value.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Own the product roadmap, release strategy, and delivery plan aligned to program objectives, funding priorities, and business outcomes
• Lead prioritization decisions across features, releases, and remediation based on value, risk, and delivery constraints
• Directly manage system integrators and product vendors—setting clear outcomes, governing delivery performance, and holding partners accountable to quality and timelines
• Establish and run the Value Realization Office (VRO), defining value hypotheses, KPIs, benefits tracking, and realization governance
• Own UAT strategy and execution, including business readiness, test scope definition, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, and sign off
• Ensure UAT is value driven—not just system validation—by validating business workflows, controls, and adoption readiness
• Act as the primary interface between business leadership, program governance, vendors, and internal delivery teams
• Proactively manage cross vendor dependencies, delivery risks, and trade offs with data backed recommendations
• Provide executive level reporting on delivery status, UAT health, vendor performance, and realized vs forecasted value

• *Key Capabilities \& Experience**

• 10\+ years in product management, large transformation, or enterprise platform implementations
• Proven experience managing SI and product vendors in complex, multi workstream programs
• Deep value management mindset—benefits realization, KPI definition, and outcome tracking
• Confident executive communicator with experience influencing senior business and technology leaders
• Experience operating in Agile / hybrid / scaled delivery models
