• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Product Manager – Pre\-Sales** with a strong taxation background and excellent client\-facing skills. The role involves understanding client requirements, delivering product demonstrations, supporting sales discussions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Pre\-Sales \& Product Demonstrations:** Understand client requirements, conduct product demos, and present taxation and compliance solutions effectively.
• **Solution Consulting:** Explain product features, business benefits, and solutions aligned with client requirements.
• **Sales Support:** Assist with client meetings, presentations, proposals, and functional queries during the sales cycle.
• **Product Coordination:** Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to communicate client requirements and support product improvements.
• **Taxation \& Compliance:** Stay updated on GST, TDS, Income Tax, and relevant statutory changes to ensure accurate product positioning.
• **Client Relationship Management:** Build professional relationships with prospective and existing clients and support product evaluations.
• **Business Travel:** Travel within and outside Nagpur for client meetings and product demonstrations, approximately 2–3 times per month.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• **Qualification: CA Inter Qualified (Mandatory).**
• **Experience:** Minimum 1\+ year of experience in taxation, compliance, pre\-sales, product management, product support, or a related role.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related compliance processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client\-handling skills.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in business\-friendly language.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in tax technology, automation, and digital compliance solutions.
• Willingness to travel for business requirements.
