• *About the Role**

We are looking for a **Product Manager** to drive the evolution of an **AI\-enabled enterprise monitoring and analytics platform** used for condition\-based monitoring and asset performance management of critical electrical assets.

This role sits at the intersection of **customer needs, engineering execution, and AI\-driven insights**. You will own product requirements end\-to\-end, work closely with cross\-functional teams, and ensure that complex technical capabilities are delivered as **clear, reliable, and high\-value customer outcomes**.

• *What You’ll Do**

• Own and manage **product requirements and backlog** for core platform and analytics features
• Translate customer and business needs into **clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities**
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Scrum teams to drive **Agile delivery**
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape features related to **monitoring, analytics, and AI\-driven insights**
• Ensure product behaviour is **predictable, explainable, and testable**, especially for data\-driven features
• Support release planning, sprint reviews, and continuous improvement
• Partner with documentation and business teams to ensure product clarity and adoption

• *What We’re Looking For**

• 4\+ years of experience as a **Product Manager** (enterprise / B2B software preferred)
• Strong experience working in **Agile / Scrum environments**
• Ability to work comfortably with **technical and cross\-functional teams**
• Hands\-on experience defining **user stories and acceptance criteria**
• Good understanding of **data\-driven or AI\-enabled products** (you don’t need to code)
• Strong problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills

• *Nice to Have**

• Experience with **AI, analytics, IoT, or industrial platforms**
• Exposure to **asset monitoring, energy, utilities, or manufacturing domains**
• Prior technical or engineering background
