Job Description

• *About the Role**

SymphonyAI Industrial is seeking a Product Manager with 6–8 years of experience to help drive the roadmap and execution for the IRIS Foundry platform. This role focuses on building and enhancing industrial AI and data platform capabilities that enable predictive maintenance, reliability, operational intelligence, and industrial analytics solutions across manufacturing, energy, utilities, mining, and process industries.

The ideal candidate should have strong product management fundamentals, experience working with enterprise SaaS or platform products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, UX, data science, and customer\-facing teams. **Key Responsibilities*** Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for the IRIS Foundry platform.

• Work with senior product leaders, customers, and engineering teams to identify and prioritize platform capabilities.
• Support roadmap planning and release prioritization based on business impact and customer value.
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Track feature delivery, dependencies, risks, and product quality metrics.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure scalable and user\-centric platform design.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, Customer engagement and professional services teams to ensure successful feature delivery and customer adoption.

• *Required Skills*** Proven expertise as Product manager, ideally in managing enterprise SaaS or platform products.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and user stories.
• Good prioritization, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Understanding of Cloud\-based platforms, APIs and integrations, Data platforms and analytics, AI/ML\-driven applications, Enterprise software architecture
• Exposure to industrial domain related AI applications such as below is desirable:
• + Asset Performance Management (APM)

+ Manufacturing operations

+ Industrial IoT

+ Reliability and maintenance systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross\-functional coordination capabilities.
• Customer\-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

• *Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6–8 years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS platforms, industrial technology, or AI\-driven products.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams in fast\-paced product organizations.
• Prior experience in industrial software, manufacturing technology, or IoT platforms is preferred.
