- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform data analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessment to support decision‑making and solution design.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and collaborate with customers, product, and engineering teams to define and refine solutions.
- Support end‑to‑end delivery, including validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and alignment across lifecycle stages.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities, using analytics and insights to enhance processes and product outcomes.
- *About the Ideal Candidate**

- Around 6\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the airline or travel domain.
- Strong understanding of airline systems such as reservations, inventory, ticketing, and Departure Control Systems (DCS).
- Proficiency in data analysis using Structured Query Language (SQL) or other analytical tools, with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, lead workshops, and translate technical concepts into business understanding.
- Experience with Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), stakeholder collaboration, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
