• *Role Overview:**

Naarsoft Tech Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Healthcare Insurance and experience in product development, business analysis, and Agile delivery. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, healthcare/insurance domain experts, product teams, developers, and QA teams to define requirements, prioritize product features, and deliver effective technology solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Product Ownership \& Strategy**

• Define product vision, objectives, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.

• Translate business objectives into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• **Business Analysis \& Requirements**

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Understand healthcare insurance processes, workflows, business rules, and operational requirements.

• Create BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional requirements.

• Identify process gaps and recommend technology\-driven improvements.

• **US Healthcare Insurance Domain**

• Strong understanding of US based health insurance, group health insurance, claims, policy administration, eligibility, benefits, provider networks, and related workflows.

• Analyze healthcare insurance processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business rules, data requirements, and system integrations.

• **Stakeholder \& Agile Collaboration**

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support UAT and ensure delivered functionality meets business requirements.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• 5\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role.

• Strong experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain, preferably with health insurance products or platforms.

• Good understanding of claims, eligibility, benefits, policy administration, provider networks, and healthcare insurance workflows.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and product backlog management.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

• Experience with AI\-driven tools, automation, data analysis, or digital transformation initiatives is an added advantage.
