\#Key Requirements

\- MBA from a recognized institution (Mandatory)

\- 1–2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar product\-related role

\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)

\- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

\- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

\- Ability to write user stories and collaborate with cross\-functional teams

\- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

\- Willingness to work in a Hybrid model from Puppalaguda, Hyderabad

\#Responsibilities

\- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define product requirements

\- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs

\- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs

\- Work closely with development, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle

\- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

\- Ensure successful delivery of product features aligned with business objectives
