We're looking for Product Owners who thrive in turning problems into working software. While high\-level direction may come from product discovery, you'll take it from there defining the right solution for a given problem or need, breaking it down into implementable scope and owning the journey all the way through to a shipped, working product in production. You'll be the bridge between the client's vision, the internal delivery team and the end outcome making sure the right things get built, in the right order, at the right quality and that they land successfully in the hands of users.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys both the problem\-solving side figuring out the 'what' and 'how' of a solution and the structure and momentum of seeing it through to a working, live product on a predictable cadence.
- Define the right solution for a given problem, pain point, or business need and break it down into detailed, implementable scope covering user flows, edge cases, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
- Own and continuously groom the product backlog, prioritizing in collaboration with the client based on business value, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Gather and synthesize client feedback and relevant data/research to inform prioritization and solution decisions.
- Drive agile delivery by participating in sprint ceremonies.
- Work closely with design, development and QA to ensure features are built and tested against intent.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on day\-to\-day scope, clarifications and trade\-offs managing change requests and flagging impact on timelines/budgets early.
- Track and report progress against roadmap milestones to both client and internal stakeholders.
- Own implementation and rollout, coordinate UAT cycles, manage go\-live activities and ensure a smooth transition to production.
- *What We're Looking For**
- 3 to 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years specifically as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst on client\-facing projects.
- Strong problem\-solving ability, comfortable taking an ambiguous problem statement or business need and working out the most appropriate solution.
- Good judgment in evaluating trade\-offs between different approaches.
- Ability to refine a proposed solution based on technical feasibility, working closely with engineering leads.
- Hands\-on experience using AI tools for requirement solutioning, scoping and wireframing/mockups.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, including direct client communication on priorities and trade\-offs.
- Ownership of real client products from backlog to delivery.
- A collaborative team culture with designers, engineers and QA working closely together.
- Exposure to multiple domains and project types across our client portfolio.
- Clear growth path to more senior roles within the product/delivery track.
Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,400,000\.00 per year
