Product Owner / Product Delivery Lead

We are seeking a high\-ownership, execution\-focused **Product Owner / Product Delivery Lead** to champion the design, development, and polished delivery of our multi\-tenant SaaS platforms and AI\-driven workflow engines.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle across our core product suites: **Medscribe**, **NovoPath**, and **Atom**. Your focus will be transforming complex user research and strategic business objectives into exceptional, friction\-free end\-user experiences.

We are not looking for a passive task manager or someone who simply translates requirements into JIRA tickets. We need a product champion who can ruthlessly prioritize, design intuitive user journeys, and drive engineering to a flawless finish. **While technical grounding and coding literacy are baseline tools in the modern landscape, your real superpower must be product delivery, polished execution, and business alignment.**

Key Responsibilities

• **Product Vision \& Alignment:** Translate raw user research, market feedback, and strategic business goals into a structured, highly prioritized product backlog.
• **Feature Execution \& Polish:** Act as the final gatekeeper for product quality. Ensure software releases aren't just "functional" but are intuitive, beautifully designed, and rock\-solid.
• **Roadmap Management:** Drive the alignment, timelines, and execution dependencies across our primary product ecosystems (Medscribe, NovoPath, and Atom).
• **Engineering Partnership:** Lead development teams by providing crystal\-clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ruthlessly eliminate ambiguity and blockers.
• **Data\-Driven Iteration:** Define and monitor core product metrics, user adoption rates, and workflow efficiencies to continuously guide next\-generation features.

Required Skills \& Experience

• **Experience:** 4\+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Tech Delivery experience in a fast\-paced SaaS environment.
• **The "Product" Mindset:** A proven track record of taking complex, ambiguous user feedback and shaping it into a fully deployed, high\-adoption software tool.
• **UX/UI Empathy:** Deep understanding of user psychology, conversion/retention mechanics, and workflow optimization. You know what a great user experience feels like.
• **Technical Grounding:** Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and multi\-tenant SaaS systems. You can confidently hold your own in technical architectural debates with engineers.
• **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be equally comfortable presenting to business stakeholders and diving deep into the details with software developers.
