As a Product Owner, you will drive measurable business outcomes by translating complex, multi business unit objectives into a clear, unified Salesforce product strategy. You will be accountable for delivering a scalable, well\-governed Salesforce platform that enables alignment across organizations, accelerates decision making, and supports long\-term growth following org mergers. With deep expertise in Salesforce, you will reduce fragmentation, resolve competing priorities, and establish a single product vision that balances speed, quality, and sustainability. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will navigate challenging dynamics, guide high impact decisions, and ensure Salesforce investments deliver tangible value for both the business and its customers.
Key responsibilities
Product Strategy, Vision and Governance
Define, own and communicate a clear Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with client goals and business outcomes to measurable enterprise outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and business challenges.
Drive discovery sessions and workshops to understand business challenges, surface tradeoffs and define value driven requirements.
Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI\-enabled digital solutions, from concept through deployment, leveraging AI across the SDLC
Salesforce Product Leadership
Lead complex Salesforce initiatives, including data model rationalization, security and access strategy, record ownership, automation alignment, and reporting consolidation.
Guide stakeholders through critical design decisions related to org structure, record architecture, and long\-term maintainability.
Partner closely with Salesforce architects and engineering teams to balance business needs with best practices.
Reduce fragmentation across systems and teams by driving toward a unified Salesforce operating model.
Backlog Management \& Delivery
*Must Have Skills:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field
5–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role in complex enterprise environments – ideally within a consulting, digital agency, or SaaS environment
Experience leading agile product teams delivering digital platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise solutions
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Demonstrated success leading Salesforce org mergers or large scale multi\-business unit Salesforce transformations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, automation patterns, and reporting strategy.
Strong consulting skill set including executive communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
Proven ability to drive decisions in ambiguous environments with competing stakeholder interests.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
*Preferred Skills:**
Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and complex sharing models.
Background in management consulting or advisory led Salesforce delivery.
Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Consulting certifications are required.
Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe Product Owner are a plus

Stakeholder \& Client Leadership
Serve as the primary product owner and trusted advisor for executive stakeholders across sales, service, operations, and leadership teams.
Act as the central liaison between clients, business users, and delivery teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared accountability.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure transparency and alignment
Navigate personalities and priorities with confidence, manage stakeholder expectations, drive decisions while ensuring value delivery at every iteration
Measurement \& Improvement
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and user satisfaction.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Support change management, training strategy, and adoption planning to ensure successful rollout and long term value realization.
