Product Software Engineer

### **About the Role**

We are looking for a **Product Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)** with **1\-2 years of experience** who is passionate about building enterprise applications and learning modern software engineering practices.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of applications using **Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases**, while gaining exposure to automation, cloud technologies, AI\-assisted development tools, and Agile ways of working.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Java/Spring applications and REST APIs.
• Support the implementation of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reliable code following engineering best practices.
• Develop unit tests and contribute to improving software quality.
• Work with SQL databases to create and optimize queries.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support resolution efforts.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and team discussions.
• Learn and utilize AI\-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity and code quality.

### **Required Skills**

• 1\-2 years of software development experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Microservices concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
• Exposure to Git and source control practices.
• Understanding of Agile development principles.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and learning aptitude.

### **Nice\-to\-Have Skills**

• Exposure to Playwright, Selenium, or other test automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
• Experience using AI\-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
