Polygon Studios India is a growing CG animation studio delivering high\-quality work for international animation and game projects. We are looking for a Production Coordinator who can help drive projects, support artists and supervisors, and ensure smooth communication between teams and clients.
The Production Coordinator is responsible for tracking work, coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring that project milestones are met. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with artists, supervisors, and management in a fast\-paced production environment.
- Coordinate daily production activities across departments such as Animation, Modeling, Rigging, Groom, Look Development, FX, and Lighting.
- Track the progress of shots and assets against project schedules.
- Maintain accurate production schedules, task assignments, and status reports.
- Organize production meetings, record notes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure that feedback is communicated clearly and reaches the appropriate teams.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively identify scheduling risks or bottlenecks.
- Work closely with department leads and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Prepare reports and updates for internal management and clients.
- Assist with project planning, delivery tracking, and coordination of milestones.
- Maintain project documentation and production records.
- 2\+ years of experience in Production Coordination, Project Coordination, Project Management, or a similar role in Animation or other CG production environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong follow\-through.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Shotgrid/Flow, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Comfortable working with creative and technical teams.
