Production Head (Cleanroom Industry)

• **Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the Cleanroom industry.**
• **At least 5 years as a Production Head, Production Manager, or similar leadership role.**
• **Candidates with direct experience in Cleanroom manufacturing/projects will only be considered.**
• Hands\-on experience in manufacturing of:
• Cleanroom Panels (PUF/Rockwool)
• Cleanroom Doors \& Windows
• Air Showers
• Pass Boxes
• Dynamic \& Static Pass Boxes
• Cleanroom Ceiling Systems
• HVAC Accessories
• Modular Cleanroom Systems

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete production operations for Cleanroom products.
• Plan production schedules to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, QA/QC, and Project teams.
• Ensure product quality as per GMP, ISO, and client specifications.
• Improve productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize resources.
• Monitor machine utilization and preventive maintenance.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Cleanroom manufacturing processes.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, insulation panel production, powder coating, and assembly.
• Ability to manage large production teams.
• Production planning, capacity planning, and inventory coordination.
• ERP/MRP knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Required Technical Skills (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in **Cleanroom manufacturing** and sheet metal fabrication.

Mandatory Requirement

• *Candidate must have practical experience in programming and operating AMADA CNC Punching Machines and TRUMPF Laser Cutting Machines. Candidates without hands\-on experience in these machines will not be considered.**

• Hands\-on knowledge of **CNC Punching Machine Programming (AMADA)**.
• Hands\-on knowledge of **Laser Cutting Machine Programming (TRUMPF)**.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files (DXF/DWG).
• Experience in optimizing nesting, minimizing material wastage, and improving machine productivity.
• Knowledge of production planning, machine loading, and manufacturing workflow.
• Experience in coordinating with the Design and Planning departments for CNC program execution.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC Punching and Laser Cutting machines.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems will be an added advantage.
