We are looking for an experienced **Production Head** with strong experience in **EOT Crane / Crane Manufacturing / Heavy Fabrication Industry**.

• *Department:** Production / Manufacturing

• *Qualification:**

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• *Experience Required:**

• 5–20 Years of experience in **Crane Manufacturing, EOT Crane, Heavy Fabrication, or Engineering Manufacturing Industry**
• Candidate must have experience in **Production Planning, Fabrication, Assembly \& Manpower Handling**

• *CTC Budget:**

₹08 – ₹18 LPA (Depending on experience \& current CTC)

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage overall production activities and daily production planning
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Sales \& Project teams
• Handle fabrication, assembly \& manufacturing processes
• Monitor BOM, raw material planning \& scrap utilization
• Manage production manpower and contractors
• Ensure timely dispatch and production targets
• Prepare production MIS reports
• Coordinate quality checks and inspections
• Ensure workplace safety and production efficiency
