Production Manager

• Manage and monitor the complete jewellery manufacturing process, including CAD coordination, casting, filing, polishing, diamond setting, and final finishing.
• Plan daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Supervise department supervisors, workers, and production staff.
• Monitor production targets, workflow, productivity, and labour efficiency.
• Maintain quality standards and minimize manufacturing defects, gold loss, and material wastage.
• Coordinate with the CAD, quality control, purchase, and sales teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor the usage of gold, diamonds, and other production materials.
• Identify production delays and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure proper handling, tracking, and accountability of gold, diamonds, and work\-in\-progress jewellery.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
