Key Responsibilities
\- Manage and supervise daily production operations.
\- Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
\- Maintain product quality and production standards.
\- Manage manpower, machinery, and production resources efficiently.
\- Achieve production targets and improve productivity.
\- Minimise wastage and optimise manufacturing processes.
\- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
\- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
\- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing management.
\- Strong leadership and team management skills.
\- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
\- Ability to handle shop\-floor operations and achieve production targets.
