Production Manager - Events

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of large\-scale government and corporate events. The candidate should possess strong technical and production knowledge, with the ability to manage multiple vendors, production teams, infrastructure and on\-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end production planning and execution of large\-scale government and corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and summits.
• Translate event concepts, designs and technical requirements into practical production and execution plans.
• Oversee fabrication, stage construction, exhibition infrastructure, branding, lighting, sound, AV, trussing and other technical requirements.
• Coordinate with design, technical, fabrication, procurement and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify, appoint and manage production vendors, fabricators, contractors and technical agencies.
• Supervise site visits, measurements, technical layouts, production schedules and installation plans.
• Ensure timely completion of fabrication, installations, rehearsals and event\-day production requirements.
• Monitor production quality, timelines, manpower deployment and adherence to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot on\-ground production challenges and ensure smooth execution within approved budgets.

Candidate Profile

• 8–15 years of experience in event production and execution.
• Prior experience handling large\-scale government events, exhibitions, summits or corporate events is essential.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, stage production, event infrastructure, technical production, AV and logistics.
• Proven experience in managing multiple vendors, production teams and large\-scale on\-ground operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts and production plans.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem\-solving and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on\-site during event execution.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹125,000\.00 per month
