Production Manager

• *Experience:** 6–10 Years
• *Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Manage daily production operations, including aluminium scrap sorting, melting, alloying, and casting.
• Ensure production targets, product quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor furnace operations, metal recovery, and minimize material wastage.
• Coordinate with the quality team to maintain chemical composition and casting standards.
• Control production costs and implement 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage production teams, shift schedules, and shop\-floor activities.
• Ensure safety compliance during melting and casting operations.

Candidate Must have experience from **Aluminium Alloy Manufacturing**

• *Required Skills:**

• 6–10 years of hands\-on experience in aluminium melting, secondary smelting, or casting.
• 2–3 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of aluminium metallurgy, scrap blending, furnace operations, and casting processes.
• Experience with production reporting, ERP systems, and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹85,000\.00 per month
