We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production teams, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
• Manage manpower allocation and coordinate with production team members.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor material utilization and support efficient resource management.
• Maintain production reports, records, and operational documentation.
• Ensure workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing processes.

• *Required Qualifications**

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or an MBA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Strong leadership and team\-handling abilities.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and work independently.
