Production Manager (Home Décor Handicrafts)

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage production operations in the Home Décor and Handicrafts industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production planning, team management, quality control, and meeting delivery timelines while ensuring optimum utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure achievement of production targets within specified timelines.
• Manage production teams, supervisors, and shop\-floor workforce.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with merchandising, purchase, store, and quality departments.
• Prepare production reports and monitor productivity metrics.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and output.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• 6–8 years of Production Management experience in the Home Décor, Handicrafts, Export House, or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of Production Planning \& Control (PPC).
• Experience in manpower management and production scheduling.
• Knowledge of quality control processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
