• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee end\-to\-end production operations for our Chocolate Division at Jammu. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and managing manpower and resources effectively.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

• Manage day\-to\-day production activities in the chocolate manufacturing unit.
• Plan, execute, and monitor production schedules to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure smooth operations of chocolate processing, moulding, enrobing, cooling, packaging, and other related processes.
• Monitor production efficiency, reduce wastage, and optimize manufacturing costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
• Handle manpower planning, shift management, and workforce productivity.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize machine downtime.
• Monitor RM and PM consumption and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• *Desired Candidate Profile**

• B.Tech / B.E. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical, or related discipline.
• 12\+ years of experience in production management within the FMCG / Food Processing industry.
• Strong experience in chocolate or confectionery manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of chocolate processing, tempering, moulding, enrobing, and packaging.
• Experience in handling large\-scale manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and operational management skills.

Preferred: Candidates currently working with chocolate, confectionery, or bakery manufacturing companies.
