Key Responsibilities
Manage day\-to\-day production operations.
Execute manufacturing batches as per approved formulations and production instructions.
Supervise and lead a team of approximately 8 production personnel.
Ensure quality, hygiene, safety, and process compliance.
Maintain production records and batch documentation.
