Production Manager

• *Position:** Production Manager – PEB

• *Department:** Production

• *Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• *Experience:** 6 – 15 Years in PEB / Structural Steel Manufacturing

• *1\. Job Purpose**

To manage overall **PEB manufacturing operations**, ensuring production targets, quality standards, cost control, manpower utilization and timely project deliveries.

• *2\. Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production activities.
• Manage complete PEB manufacturing processes, including CNC cutting, drilling, fit\-up, welding, fabrication, shot blasting and painting.
• Ensure production as per approved drawings, BOM and project schedules.
• Achieve production targets and optimize manpower and machine utilization.
• Monitor fabrication quality, welding standards and dimensional accuracy.
• Coordinate with Planning, Design, Purchase, QA/QC, Stores and Dispatch departments.
• Control material wastage, rejection, rework and production costs.
• Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and workplace safety.
• Lead production supervisors, engineers, operators, welders and fitters.
• Prepare daily and monthly production performance reports.

• *3\. Required Skills \& Experience**

• Strong knowledge of PEB manufacturing and structural steel fabrication.
• Experience in production planning and execution.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, welding, fabrication and painting processes.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and BOM.
• Strong leadership, problem\-solving and team management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, 5S and Lean Manufacturing.

• Production target achievement (MT).
• Productivity (MT per man\-day).
• On\-time production and delivery.
• Rejection and rework percentage.
• Material wastage and cost control.
• Machine utilization.
• Safety and housekeeping compliance.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
