Job Description

Panigrahana Weddings specializes in end\-to\-end wedding solutions, delivering memorable celebrations through seamless planning and execution. We are looking for a proactive Event Production Manager to oversee wedding production, vendor coordination, logistics, and on\-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weddings from pre\-event preparation to post\-event closure.
• Prepare production schedules, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate with vendors, venue partners, and internal teams.
• Supervise venue setup, decor, stage arrangements, lighting, sound, and dismantling.
• Manage manpower, transportation, equipment, materials, and event logistics.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize resources.
• Lead on\-ground teams and resolve last\-minute operational challenges.
• Ensure timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain vendor records, production reports, and expense documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in event production, event operations, or event management.
• Experience in wedding execution, hospitality, or large\-scale events preferred.
• Strong vendor management, logistics, planning, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Willingness to travel to event venues as required.
• Graduation in any discipline; relevant practical experience is acceptable.
