### **About the Role**
Seagull Advertising is looking for a Production Manager to lead the end\-to\-end execution of branding, retail, fabrication, events, and activation projects. The role requires strong project ownership, client management, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and high\-quality delivery.
### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **1\. Client \& Project Management**
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Manage end\-to\-end execution from brief to final delivery.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, operations, and production teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
#### **2\. Vendor \& Production Management**
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and fabrication partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance.
- Oversee production quality, logistics, and material procurement.
- Conduct site visits and supervise installations when required.
#### **3\. Commercial \& Operations**
- Prepare project estimates and production budgets.
- Monitor project profitability and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to approved budgets and quality standards.
- Drive process improvements for operational efficiency.
### **Qualifications \& Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, Production, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in advertising, branding, events, activations, or production management.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management will be an added advantage.
