Production Manager

1\) To abide the company rules and regulations.2\) To meet the daily production plan by effective utilization of the resources.3\) To issue job card for operations in unit\-1\.4\) To manage and control over all production to meet the day to day production target.5\) To allocate job for the production personnel and ensuring the planned quantity is achieved.6\) To ensure overall performance of the processes available in house.7\) To conduct daily morning meeting to review the previous day’s performance and follow up for pending actions if any.8\) To monitor and measure the skill of the operators and initiate \& conduct the training for suitable action to improve the skill.9\) Responsible for providing suitable environment for work and report management for needs.10\) To analyze the daily in house rejection, identify corrective action and follow up to achieve the result against the target on rejection.11\) To manage consumables and tools required for daily production in unit\-1\.12\) To continually improve the production process in terms of Productivity, quality, resources and safety of the operating personnel.13\) Responsible for on\-time delivery of product.14\) To plan for production and controlling the activities to ensure the customer requirements are met.15\) Maintaining the records of the stock in unit\-1 \& submit report to director.16\) Projects handling as and when required.17\) Coordinate with other units for raw materials supply and support.18\) Maintenance of the entire plant. 19\) Machine maintenance records to be checked for cost and involve in new machine buying20\). To report to Directors on day to day activities

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
