• *Job Summary**

Task Force Interiors is looking for an experienced **Production Manager** to oversee factory and production operations, ensuring timely delivery of high\-quality interior fit\-out and furniture products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production planning, team management, quality control, and manufacturing operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan and manage daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
• Monitor quality standards and minimize rework.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Stores, and Project Teams.
• Manage manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
• Control production costs and reduce material wastage.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance.
• Prepare production reports and track performance metrics.

• *Requirements**

· 10\+ years of experience in Production / Factory Operations.

· Experience in Interior Fit\-Out, Furniture Manufacturing, Modular Furniture, or Joinery Industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, production drawings, and manufacturing specifications.

· Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory management, and factory operations.

· Proficiency in **MaxCut 2D** for cut list preparation and material optimization.

· Hands\-on experience with **AutoCAD** for reviewing technical and shop drawings.

· Working knowledge of **SketchUp** for understanding furniture and interior production requirements.

· Familiarity with production management, ERP, inventory, and manufacturing software systems.

· Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and reporting tools.

· Strong understanding of material utilization, wastage control, and production cost optimization.

· Ability to coordinate effectively with Design, Procurement, Stores, and Project Execution teams.

• *Preferred Qualification**

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
