Production Planning & Control Engineer

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production planning.
• Align production schedules with customer demand and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and rubber compounds for uninterrupted production.
• Optimise manpower, machine capacity, and production resources.
• Control WIP, inventory levels, and production bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process optimisation.
• Monitor planning deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the PPC team and prepare MIS reports for management review.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• **Experience:** 6–9 years in Production Planning \& Control, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience in rubber components manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, capacity planning, inventory control, and production scheduling.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Salary:** 40000 \- 45000 INHAND SALARY
