Job Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Summary

FlowAir Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented **Quality \& Production Engineer** to oversee manufacturing operations while ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, process improvement, quality control, inspection, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets efficiently and safely.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • Monitor production processes to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain production reports and daily manufacturing records.
  • Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Sales departments to ensure timely production.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
  • Minimize production losses, material wastage, and rework.
  • Ensure proper machine maintenance coordination with the maintenance team.
  • Monitor production efficiency and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and work instructions.

Quality Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming, in\-process, and final product inspections.
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, Quality Checklists, and Test Reports.
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
  • Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
  • Ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding quality\-related concerns.
  • Maintain quality documentation as per ISO standards.
  • Support internal and external quality audits.

Health, Safety \& Environment

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Promote safe working practices on the shop floor.
  • Report unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • **0–5 years** of experience in Production and Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in aluminium products, piping systems, fabrication, or engineering manufacturing is preferred.

  • Experience in process improvement and quality control.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
