About the Role

Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career\-oriented **Production Engineers (Shift Incharge)** to join our manufacturing team. This opportunity is ideal for **fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience** who are eager to build a career in the **Die Casting and Automotive Manufacturing Industry**.

The selected candidate will receive hands\-on exposure to production operations, shop\-floor management, machine utilization, quality systems, and manufacturing processes while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily production activities during the assigned shift.
• Support the team in achieving production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Monitor machine performance and assist in improving production efficiency.
• Coordinate with production operators and support manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Planning departments for smooth production.
• Identify production issues and report them to senior engineers.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily MIS documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce process losses.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• **Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.**
• Knowledge of manufacturing or die casting processes will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of production operations and shop\-floor activities.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem\-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Local candidates are preferred.
