Products & Solutions Development Team Leader

• *Job Requirements**

You will own and manage the subsystem throughout the complete Software Development Lifecycle (V\-Model). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, execution, progress tracking, and delivery of key milestones.

• *Role Composition:**

• 70% Hands\-on Technical Contribution
• 30% Subsystem, Stakeholder, and Team Management

**Main Responsibilities**

• Define and manage the subsystem scope.
• Plan and prioritize resources effectively.
• Coordinate and lead the subsystem team.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

• *As a Technical Lead, you will also:**

• Design, develop, and review production\-quality code.
• Write and review unit tests.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Drive technical excellence and best practices within the team.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• 12\+ years of experience in C\#/.NET development.
• 5\+ years of experience in the medical domain.
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross\-functional and globally distributed teams.

• *Key Skills:**

• Strong understanding of C\# and .NET fundamentals.
• Experience designing scalable .NET applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud technologies.
• Strong execution focuses with a customer\-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• *Educational Qualifications:**

• BE, B.Tech., ME, M.Tech., or MCA.
