Program Lead - Process Implementation

• **Role at a glance:***

• **Reports to:** CEO
• **Location:** Kolkata head office, with travel to Dankuni and Dhulagarh sites
• **Team:** 2 Implementation Managers, 1 Training \& Content Specialist

• **Purpose:***

Get every process on the Implementation List built and live by **31 March 2027**, with nothing going live before people are ready. Product Engineers build, function heads certify users, the CEO decides go. You coordinate and check.

• **Responsibilities:***

• **Run the programme \-** Keep the Implementation List current, review progress weekly with function heads, escalate delays to the CEO the same week, and send a monthly steering pack. Count a process as live only on the owner's signed check.
• **Control go\-lives \-** Run the readiness checklist two weeks before every go\-live. No go\-live with open gaps; give the CEO the go, or the gaps with dates.
• **Make changes stick \-** Run 60\-day and quarterly adherence checks, turn every gap into a CAPA or change request, and close it on time. Review and publish Company Master changes, and keep SOPs and training current.
• **Hand over \-** Write a go\-live playbook after the first pilot wave, and prepare the handover to a permanent Process Excellence role after March.
• **Lead the team \-** Monthly one\-on\-ones, on\-time reviews, development plans, and a backup for every critical seat.

• **Targets:***

• 545 processes built and live by 31 Dec 2026; 1,240 by 31 Mar 2027
• 100% of go\-lives with every CL\-30 item green
• 90% or more of live processes passing the 60\-day check
• 100% of gaps logged as CAPA or change request
• 100% of approved Master changes published within 7 days
• Reviews and one\-on\-ones on time, backups in place, attrition within limit

• **Ideal profile:***

• Experience in running multi\-site programmes (infrastructure, construction, manufacturing or similar)
• Has led an ERP, ISO/quality or operating\-system rollout, and has managed managers
• Comfortable on site; firm and fair enough to say "not ready" to senior people, backed by evidence
• Accepts being audited, and is happy to build a handover
• Knowledge of CAPA, change control and SOPs is a plus

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
