• *Program Management Intern – Clinical Hiring**

• *What you'll do :\-**

• Support end\-to\-end hiring for Doctors \& Therapists
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, healthcare networks, colleges, hospitals, etc.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, follow\-ups, and interview coordination
• Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment pipelines
• Track interviews, offers, and joining status
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of candidates through the hiring process

• *Location \- Indiranagar, Bangalore**
• *Work Schedule \- 6\-day work week**
• *Stipend \- ₹20,000/month**

• *What we're looking for : \-**

• Psychology background preferred (BA/MA/MSc Psychology or related fields)
• Candidates from other relevant backgrounds with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills may also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail\-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Comfortable taking ownership of tasks
• Good with Excel / Google Sheets / Airtable
• Proactive, ownership\-driven, and eager to learn
• Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory
