#### **Location, Department Unit and Reporting**

Location: Bangalore

Department: Nasscom AI

Reporting To: Deputy Director

#### **Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility**

  • *Program Delivery \& Execution**
  • Lead the end\-to\-end execution of assigned AI programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and defined success metrics.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate cross\-functional teams, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate execution risks.
  • Track program milestones and ensure timely closure of deliverables through structured project management practices.
  • *Stakeholder \& Ecosystem Engagement**
  • Build and manage relationships with member companies, startups, industry leaders, technology partners, academia, and government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate speaker engagement, partner collaborations, and participant communications across programs.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen ecosystem participation and enhance member value through curated engagements.
  • *Industry Programs \& Events**
  • Plan and manage roundtables, workshops, executive forums, startup showcases, and industry conferences.
  • Support agenda development, speaker onboarding, partner coordination, and seamless program execution.
  • Ensure a high\-quality participant experience across both physical and virtual engagements.
  • *Program Monitoring \& Reporting**
  • Maintain program dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics to monitor progress and outcomes.
  • Prepare periodic reports, stakeholder updates, and post\-program impact assessments.
  • Analyze engagement data and participant feedback to recommend improvements for future initiatives.
  • *Cross\-functional Collaboration**
  • Work closely with Membership, Marketing, Events, Research, Policy, Finance, and Communications teams to deliver integrated programs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and technology partners to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to standardizing program management practices.

#### **Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience**

  • 5–7 years of experience in program management, partnerships, ecosystem development, consulting, or business operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship\-building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross\-functional teams.
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, project management tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Experience working with technology companies, AI ecosystems, startups, GCCs, industry associations, consulting firms, or innovation programs.
  • Experience managing industry events, executive roundtables, workshops, accelerator programs, or community initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI, emerging technologies, enterprise digital transformation, or innovation ecosystems is an advantage.
  • This role will be on Vendor Consultant Contract
