#### **Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility**
- *Program \& Ecosystem Management**
- Drive and manage strategic BPM Council initiatives, ensuring alignment with Nasscom’s industry priorities and objectives.
- Drive end\-to\-end execution of ecosystem programs, industry engagements, roundtables, webinars, workshops, surveys, and leadership forums.
- Collaborate with member organizations, ecosystem partners, consulting firms, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Support initiatives across skilling, industry narrative building, emerging technologies, customer experience, contact centres, and digital transformation.
- Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and ecosystem analysis to support strategic recommendations and council priorities.
- *Vendor \& Stakeholder Management**
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones, action items, and program outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across member organizations, industry leaders, partners, and senior executives.
- Support vendor coordination, and operational alignment for strategic initiatives.
- *Reporting \& Operations**
- Develop presentations, executive updates, briefing notes, dashboards, reports, and communication collateral.
- Track initiative progress, monitor deliverables, and maintain program governance and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure operational efficiency, process adherence, and timely execution across all ongoing initiatives.
- Proactively identify challenges, mitigate risks, and drive solution\-oriented execution.
#### **Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, marketing, economics or any other stream
- **4\-6 years** of experience in program management, vendor management, ecosystem engagement, consulting, stakeholder management, research, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of the **BPM, Contact Center, IT services, or technology** ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic programs, cross\-functional initiatives, and external partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage with CXO\-level leaders and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, coordination, and execution capabilities with a strong outcome\-oriented mindset.
- Hands\-on proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, collaboration platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience working with BPM organizations, industry associations, startup ecosystems, or large enterprise organizations.
- Exposure to customer experience, AI\-led services, automation, digital transformation, or ecosystem development initiatives.
- Understanding of procurement processes, vendor governance, compliance tracking, or ecosystem operations.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with experience in reporting, research, and business presentations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
