enable these through leading ERP platforms such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. The objective is not

simply to implement software, but to establish standardized processes, controls and operating models

that reflect proven industry practice.

2\. Sustained Organizational Change

ERP implementation also requires sustained organizational transformation and change management.

We work with clients to embed new processes, behaviours and practices into the day\-to\-day habits of

their workforce \- ensuring the solution delivers lasting business value rather than becoming only a

technology deployment.

OUR CLIENT SEGMENT

The role will support clients across three broad segments

▪ Multinational companies operating in India and other regions.

▪ Large Indian corporates with complex and diverse finance operations.

▪ Fast\-growing, family\-owned and professionally managed mid\-sized businesses, generally in the

₹200–800 crore range.

OUR FOCUS AREAS

We maintain a strong focus on Compliance and Corporate Governance, supported by a Centre of

Excellence comprising experienced functional and domain professionals.

Our clients typically come from non\-ERP or fragmented\-system environments, where business

processes are managed through standalone applications or disconnected modular systems across

departments. This calls for an articulate leader who can effectively drive high\-level conversations across

diverse steering committees and technical groups — managing governance, schedule and scope with an

80% onsite/onshore presence.

ROLE, SCOPE \& RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager with 10\+ years of experience to lead large\-scale

enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring a stable career history (a maximum

of 1–2 employers) and a proven track record of driving complex software, ERP and CRM

implementations.

As our projects and client relationships typically span 10–15 years, the most important hiring mandate is

stability: candidates should have at least 8–10 years of single, continuous tenure with a Top Tier

company.

▪ Drive Executive Conversations: Lead, influence and drive strategic conversations with C\-suite

executives, business heads and partners to secure buy\-in and align expectations.

▪ Lead Enterprise Transformations: Direct complex implementations across Software/ERP platforms

(Microsoft, SAP), including surround technologies and other custom solutions.

▪ Facilitate Governance \& Alignment: Own the project schedule, scope and governance framework —

chairing steering committee meetings and cross\-functional workshops.

▪ Manage RAID \& Risks: Proactively identify, articulate and mitigate program risks, assumptions,

issues and dependencies (RAID) during stakeholder reviews.

▪ Onshore Leadership: Operate effectively in an onsite/onshore model (80% presence), driving daily

face\-to\-face collaboration with client teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

▪ Experience: 10\+ years of core project and program management experience.

▪ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to drive complex

conversations between business users and technical teams.

▪ Professional Stability: A stable, progressive career track record — preferably 1–3 organisations, with

at least 80% of total tenure spent at a single organisation.

▪ Target Background: Proven delivery experience within tier\-1 tech integrators and consulting firms,

such as IBM, Wipro, TCS, CTS, Infosys, HCL, Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, etc.

▪ Methodologies: Expert knowledge of program governance, budgeting and structured deployment

frameworks.

OUT OF SCOPE — WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

Candidates whose primary experience lies in the following areas will not be considered:

▪ Service delivery management or support\-operations projects.

▪ Ticket management, SLA tracking, or ITSM frameworks.

▪ Pure resourcing / team management.

▪ Core infrastructure, networking, or technical migration projects (DWH / Cloud / Infra).

▪ Candidates not comfortable with the travel required for client engagements.

Pay: ₹2,500,000\.00 \- ₹3,500,000\.00 per year

Work Location: In person
