✅ Manage end\-to\-end staffing programs for key clients
✅ Drive recruitment fulfillment and workforce deployment targets
✅ Coordinate with clients, recruiters, HR, payroll, and operations teams
✅ Monitor hiring pipelines, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
✅ Ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction
✅ Prepare MIS reports, workforce analytics, and business reviews
✅ Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence
✅ Manage stakeholder communication and escalation handling
✔ 4–5 years of experience in Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, MSP, or Workforce
Management
✔ Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Experience handling bulk hiring and large workforce programs
✔ Excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and workforce analytics
✔ Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment
