• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision\-making and improve processes.
• Experience in risk assessment and implementation of effective mitigation plans.
• Understanding of PowerShell Scripting and Automation
