Within the mental health theme, Azim Premji Foundation supports organizations addressing the treatment gap by providing evidence-based bio-psycho-social interventions to persons with various mental health conditions across India. As a Programme Manager for Mental Health Grants with 8 to 10 years of experience, you will manage grants focused on recovery-oriented care and rehabilitation through institution-based and community-based models, along with access to rights and entitlements. Additionally, you will engage in ecosystem development by building capacity among frontline workers, the public health system, caregivers, and organizations to widen the reach and impact of mental health services, improving accessibility and quality for underserved communities.
