Programme Test Lead

Barclays seeks a Programme Test Lead for our Global Payment Services division to drive excellence in testing and infrastructure. In this permanent role, you will lead end-to-end test programs and champion automation initiatives within the Engineering Automation Program's Testing Community of Practice. Your focus will be on evolving our infrastructure and deployment pipelines to be robust, scalable, and secure, ensuring the seamless delivery of digital payment solutions. You will be responsible for defining and ensuring robust testing strategies, leading automation efforts, and managing the quality assurance lifecycle for critical programmes, thereby supporting operational excellence and innovation in our payment systems.
