As a Regulatory Business Transformation Project Analyst within GES, you will operate at the intersection of Regulatory Affairs and Project Management, with a split of responsibilities across both domains. You will be a key contributor to ensuring product launches for our Life Science Business are executed on time, while also driving operational excellence through structured project delivery and proactive performance management.
- *Regulatory Affairs (50%)**
- Collaborate with global Product Management, Regulatory, and external teams to ensure accurate, on\-time product launches.
- Gather, consolidate, and validate compositional, physical, and regulatory data for assessments and hazardous characterization.
- Partner with internal processing teams to ensure regulatory decisions are correctly applied across the product lifecycle.
- *Project Management (50%)**
- Own end\-to\-end delivery of assigned projects, meeting milestones, timelines, and stakeholder commitments.
- Monitor operational KPIs, flag risks early, and develop improvement plans with clear actions and owners.
- Prepare status reports and executive updates, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Apply project management methodologies to track tasks, manage risks, and coordinate across cross\-functional teams.
- Master's degree in Natural Sciences or a related field
- 5\+ years in Regulatory Affairs and Project Management
- Experienced in KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and data\-driven improvement planning
- Proficient in SAP, JIRA, Palantir, and Microsoft 365
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
- Self\-driven, problem solver and critical thinker, collaborative, and able to influence without authority.
