Project Analyst/Scrum Master

As a **Project Analyst / Scrum Master**, you will support Agile project delivery, project governance, compliance tracking, stakeholder management, and business analysis activities for technology transformation initiatives. You will act as both a facilitator of Agile ceremonies and a coordinator of governance and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organisational standards.

### **What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed**

• *Agile Delivery \& Facilitation**

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
• Support project planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and project coordination.

• *Governance \& Reporting**

• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, executive updates, and PMO artefacts.
• Track compliance deliverables, audit findings, regulatory obligations, and remediation actions.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

• *Business Analysis \& Requirements Management**

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support technology transformation initiatives by aligning requirements with delivery models.

• *Stakeholder \& Vendor Coordination**

• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide clear communication and manage expectations across departments.

### **We’d Love to Hear From You If…**

• *Experience**

• You have 5–8 years of experience in Project Analyst, PMO, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Coordination roles.
• You have experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• You have supported technology transformation or enterprise application projects.

• *Technical Expertise**

• You are skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban practices.
• You are proficient in project governance and PMO reporting.
• You are experienced in business analysis and requirements management.
• You are knowledgeable in compliance, risk, and audit tracking.
• You are proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• You hold certifications such as CSM or PSM, PMP or PMI‑ACP, or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
