Project Architect

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented **Mid\-Level Architect with 4 to 5 years of professional experience** to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between initial creative concepts and technical execution. You will be responsible for managing phases of architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration, coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and translating client visions into functional, beautiful, and sustainable built environments. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of building codes, and proven experience delivering comprehensive construction document sets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· **Design \& Documentation:** Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed 3D models. Produce complete, coordinated sets of construction drawings, specifications, and details.

· **Project Coordination:** Act as a central point of contact to coordinate structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants to ensure seamless system integration.

· **Code \& Compliance:** Research and apply local building codes, zoning regulations, ADA compliance, and life\-safety standards to all project phases.

· **Client Engagement:** Assist in client presentations, gather project requirements, and help maintain healthy, collaborative client relationships.

· **Construction Administration:** Conduct regular construction site visits to monitor progress, review shop drawings, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.

· **Team Mentorship:** Provide guidance and technical support to junior designers and architectural interns within the studio.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

· **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

· **Experience:** 4 to 5 years of post\-graduate experience working in a reputable architectural firm.

· **Technical Software:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is highly preferred.

· **Knowledge Base:** Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, materials, detailing, and green building/sustainability practices (LEED AP is a plus).

· **Soft Skills:** Outstanding communication, organizational, and time\-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines concurrently.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
