Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive **SEO Project Manager** to coordinate SEO projects, manage client communication, and ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate with SEO, Content, Technical SEO, Design, and Development teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and task progress.
• Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion.
• Share project updates and manage client expectations.
• Identify issues, resolve blockers, and support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• **0–1 year of experience** in SEO, Digital Marketing, Project Management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing workflows.
