About the Role

Sycone is looking for an experienced **Project Coordinator** to support the execution of a large\-scale Heavy Manufacturing Industrial Project. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, MIS reporting, Advanced Excel, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and execution activities across multiple teams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and progress.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Support Project Managers with planning, reporting, and execution activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and communicate regular status updates.
• Utilize Advanced Excel for reporting, analysis, and dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting and documentation efficiency.
• Maintain project records, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Identify project risks, delays, and coordination issues and assist in mitigation.

Required Skills

• 8\+ years of Project Coordination experience
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Strong Project Planning \& Scheduling knowledge
• Excellent MIS Reporting skills
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards)
• Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred

• Experience in Heavy Industrial/Manufacturing Projects
• BIM knowledge is an added advantage
