Project Engineer

• **Education:** Diploma in Electricals \& Electronics Engineering
• **On\-Site Execution \& Supervision:** Oversee day\-to\-day physical deployments of IT infrastructure, including structured cabling (Fiber/UTP), network rack setups, UPS systems, server room containment, and active networking hardware.
• **Site Surveys \& Readiness:** Conduct pre\-installation site surveys to assess power, space, cooling (HVAC), and pathways. Document site requirements and flag any potential deployment bottlenecks early.
• **Vendor \& Contractor Management:** Supervise third\-party vendors and sub\-contractors on\-site. Ensure their deliverables align perfectly with our engineering designs, safety protocols, and project timelines.
• **Client Coordination \& Liaison:** Act as the primary on\-site contact for clients and building facility managers. Resolve local issues quickly to keep the project moving.
• **Quality Assurance \& Testing:** Assist in testing and commissioning active and passive infrastructure (e.g., Fluke testing for copper/fiber, ping tests, power load distribution checks) before final handover.
• **Reporting \& Documentation:** Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager. Maintain accurate site\-built documentation, inventory trackers, and sign\-off sheets.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong problem\-solving skills under pressure, clear communication, and a highly collaborative attitude, Proficiency in Auto Cad (Electrical), Capable of Understanding Drawings.
• **Mobility:** Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively to various project sites across the assigned region.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
