We are currently hiring for the position of **Project Engineer– QA/QC** for our high Rise Building Projects in Bangalore. We are seeking experienced professionals who can drive quality excellence and ensure adherence to high construction standards across our projects.

- *High Rise Residential Projects \& Mivan Experience is Mandatory.**
- *End \-End Project Experience from Structural to Finishing is Mandatory.**
- *Project Engineer– QA/QC** – Construction Quality Control \& Assurance will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with defined quality standards and processes. The role focuses on delivering defect\-free construction aligned with Quality Assurance manuals and ISO\-compliant QMS frameworks.
You will oversee end\-to\-end quality systems including SOPs, checklists, audits, and documentation, ensuring excellence in materials, workmanship, and execution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Implement and manage QA/QC systems across the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and ISO 9001 standards
- Manage Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Non\-Conformance Reports (NCR), and documentation control
- Conduct material inspections for RCC, structural steel, finishing, and infrastructure works
- Prepare as\-built documentation and final quality handover reports
- Provide governance across drawings, contractors, materials, and site execution
- Strong knowledge of IS codes and international standards
- Experience in high\-rise residential projects
- Hands\-on exposure to aluminium formwork systems
- Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and quality management tools
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
