*Key Responsibilities**
Lead end to end delivery of assigned engagements within defined scope, timeline, cost, and quality standards
Own day\-to\-day delivery, including task planning, monitoring, and issue resolution.
Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) and First Pass Yield (FPY) targets.
Track delivery performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
Ensure compliance with Project Management System and internal governance processes.
Drive delivery excellence and continual improvement initiatives
Hire and develop high performing technical talent with a particular focus on delivering values.
Organize cross\-functional activities, Manage customer, Onsite resources, fulfilment of requirement.
Provide management oversight to several activities running in parallel, address issues/concerns with speed, and enable coarse corrective actions.
Customer interaction, project reporting
Team handling onsite and offshore teams. Resource management, progression planning and development.
Maintains operational metrics and measures. Quality management
Business Development – delivery led growth, cross selling, upselling.
Drive customer technical meetings and governance forums.

*Work Experience**
*Required Skills :**
Experience in Oil \& Gas Domain or upstream oil drilling industry (Wireline, Drilling, Production Enhancement/Solutions, Testing \& Subsea, MWD, LWD) is desired.
Act as the primary interface with Customers, Technical Leaders, and Leadership.
Build and maintain strong Customer Technical Lead relationships.
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer connects/reviews.
Manage and align expectations across business and technical stakeholders
Should have at least 2 \- 3 years of prior experience as Project Leader
Experience in design/ development/ sustenance/ engineering/ documentation support
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must. Should have track record of customer interaction, identify business opportunities.
Should have demonstrated consistent business growth/head count addition over the last years.
Should have demonstrated strong hold on technology development / Continuous improvement and productivity improvement leading to higher contribution margin and new business initiation
Experience in Oil \& Gas Domain or upstream oil drilling industry is desired.
*Standards \& Process Improvement**
Develop, update, and enhance engineering standards, procedures, and checklists based on customer and project needs.
Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
*Leadership \& Behavioral Skills**
Proven experience leading engineering teams of 10–20 resources.
Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple engagements independently.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
Customer‑centric approach with high accountability and execution focus.
