Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Management Intern to support IT and Telecom project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, execution, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate between customers, management, and engineering teams.
• Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting minutes (MOM), project reports, and documentation.
• Maintain project trackers and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate customer meetings and internal discussions.
• Identify project delays and escalate issues to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow\-up abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT and Telecom projects.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Jira or other project management tools.
• Good organizational and problem\-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or MBA.

Performance Evaluation (KPI/KRI)

• Project coordination and task tracking.
• Timely follow\-ups and deadline management.
• Customer and internal team communication.
• Documentation and reporting accuracy.
• Ownership, accountability, and escalation management.
