• *Job Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven Project Head to manage and lead the development of construction and industrial park projects, with a specific focus on Pre\-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in PEB technology, managing complex industrial developments, and overseeing project execution from design through to completion. As the Project Head, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost\-effective, and high\-quality delivery of all assigned projects.

• **Key Responsibilities:**

o Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and industrial park development projects, particularly those involving pre\-engineered building systems.

o Oversee project life cycles, from initial concept design to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

o Develop project schedules, manage deadlines, and make adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.

o Lead site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.

o Regularly report project progress, key risks, and milestones to senior leadership and clients.

o Resolve client concerns, contractor issues, and any other project\-related challenges efficiently and professionally.

o Develop, manage, and control project budgets to ensure costs remain within allocated parameters.

o Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services for the projects, ensuring cost\-effective purchasing without compromising quality.

o Lead and mentor project teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors, ensuring effective collaboration across all.

o Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, review risks, and resolve project issues.

o Support the development of junior staff and encourage a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

o Develop and implement quality control and risk management plans to ensure projects meet all specified requirements and standards.

o Ensure all activities on site comply with safety standards and regulations to minimise accidents and delays.

o Oversee the design, fabrication, and construction of Pre\-Engineered Buildings.

o Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure optimal PEB solutions that align with client specifications and operational needs.

o Oversee coordination between structural, civil, and mechanical engineers to deliver the most efficient and cost\-effective PEB designs.

• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.
• **Experience:**
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years of hands\-on experience in managing PEB\-based industrial park projects.
• Proven track record in leading large\-scale construction and industrial park development projects, from design to handover.
• Experience with managing teams, working with stakeholders, and coordinating the various aspects of complex projects.
• **Skills:**
• Strong knowledge of Pre\-Engineered Building systems, materials, and processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction practices, cost estimation, scheduling, procurement, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, negotiation, and decision\-making skills.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
